2. Payment Terms: Payment for services must be made promptly upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online transfers, and cash.
3. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule their service appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee
4. Liability: While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the provision of services. Customers are advised to remove or secure any valuable or fragile items before the service.

- Service Provision: As a service professional partner, you agree to provide services to customers in accordance with the standards and guidelines set by us. You must maintain professionalism and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Payment Terms: We will compensate service professional partners as per the agreed-upon rates. Payments will be made periodically based on completed and verified services.
- Conduct: Service professionals must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner while representing KPS Cleaning & Maintenance Services pvt. ltd. Any misconduct or unprofessional behavior may result in termination of partnership.
- Confidentiality: Service professionals must maintain the confidentiality of customer information and any proprietary information of KPS Cleaning & Maintenance Services pvt. ltd. Unauthorized disclosure of such information is strictly prohibited.
- Equipment and Tools: Service professionals are responsible for ensuring that their tools and equipment are in good working condition. Any damage or loss caused by faulty equipment is the responsibility of the service professional.
- Compliance: Service professionals must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety guidelines. Failure to comply may result in termination of partnership and legal action.
General Terms:
